Natural treatment for allergic rashes

Natural treatment for allergic rashes

A skin allergy occurs when the skin comes into direct contact with the allergen.

This allergy occurs after ingesting a certain food or medicine.

The most common foods that cause allergies are seafood, milk, eggs and soya.

The rash itches, burns and hurts. However, it can also be without any discomfort. There are some allergic rashes that go away immediately when the allergen is removed and others that need treatment. Avoiding excessive alcohol consumption and smoking, and avoiding cosmetics can eliminate many allergies.

The symptoms of allergies on the skin can vary from itching, redness, rashes, swelling and burning sensations.

Treating an allergic rash can be done at home, in this article we will show you what methods are available to you.

Besides, natural remedies are much safer than ointments and steroids available in pharmacies and are often much more effective.

Allergy rashes with pictures: they show you how much different an allergic rash is from a mosquito bite.

There are also allergy rash pictures we can show you. In many cases you can’t tell if you have an allergic rash or just an insect bite. These 2 pictures might be able to help you.

The sting on the left and the allergic reaction on the right.

Unfortunately, allergic skin reactions are often difficult to recognise with pictures. This is partly because many stings have similar symptoms to a rash. However, if you are unsure about what it might be, it is worth seeking medical advice. Unfortunately, recognising allergic rashes from pictures can often lead to misinformation, so it’s best to leave this to a professional.

Treating skin allergies at home with natural remedies:

-Adequate vitamin C can help prevent the appearance of rashes and heal rashes

-Treating the affected area with chamomile tea

-Effectively removes rashes with a blend of cod liver oil and vitamin E

-Eat 3 tablespoons a day of a mixture of raw apple cider vinegar and honey, or mix them in a glass of water and drink it.

-For skin allergies, liver detoxification can also help (nettle tea, calendula tea, dandelion)

-Purification (herbs such as goldenseal, birch leaf and horsetail are suitable for this)

-Immune boosting (eating raw vegetables and fruits, rosehip tea, lemon balm tea)

What else can you do to successfully treat an allergic rash at home?

Allergic rashes can also be treated at home with baking soda. Like chamomile, it can also soothe problem skin. The following is the recipe, mix 3 parts of baking soda with 1 part of water and leave the resulting mixture on the skin for 15-20 minutes. Besides relieving allergic itching, it is also effective for sunburn. Baking soda can also be effective against hives.

Also recommended is witch hazel which is available in liquid form or as dried leaves. You can enhance the effect by mixing it with chamomile. It can be stored in the refrigerator for quite a long time.

Internal methods can prevent the development of allergy symptoms. Polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties. It is found in the highest amounts in marine fish (salmon, sardines, tuna, mackerel). It is worth dressing salads with linseed oil.

Omega-3 helps regulate blood pressure and prevents blood clotting.

Salt therapy is also available for allergy symptoms. In this therapy, sodium ions in salt air are inhaled and transported to places in the body where bacteria and dust particles are located. Salt air can also remove these through coughing up phlegm.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to identify allergic skin rashes with pictures. A medical examination is essential to make an accurate diagnosis.

Allergic reactions may include a blistering rash that appears on the skin.

These allergic skin rashes are usually itchy, red or pink in colour, and the blisters inside are filled with fluid. The blisters can vary in size. Allergic skin rashes can develop as a result of reactions to various allergens, such as foods, medicines, insect bites or plants. Treatment of allergic skin rashes involves finding and avoiding the allergen and using medicines to relieve itching and discomfort. Recognising and diagnosing such a blistering rash with pictures is often challenging. For this reason, it is recommended to consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis.

Food allergies or food intolerance can also cause rashes.

What is a food allergy?

Food allergy symptoms can range from mild to severe. In this case, the body’s defence system, the immune system, reacts to certain foods as if they were harmful to the body and produces antibodies.

What is food intolerance?

In food intolerance, the symptoms are triggered by the digestive system. The symptoms are much slower and less severe than in food allergy.

Symptoms of food allergy on the skin may include:

-Hips, itchy rash

-Swelling (angioedema)

-Atopic dermatitis (skin inflammation)

-Blisters, red patches, redness

-Quincke oedema (swelling of the skin around the eyes and lips)

Treatment of hives at home

Hives are one of the most common dermatological conditions. They are pale red or whitish in colour, resembling a mosquito bite. They can develop quickly, even in minutes, and disappear after a few hours (in some cases they can last for days). In such cases, it is often triggered by an allergy, which will go away in a few hours or, at worst, days. If we are sure that it is only a food allergy and the symptoms are not severe, then medication is not necessary.

However, it is still possible to relieve the itching of hives.

There are several ways to relieve itching. These include cold showers, ice cubes, or basically any cold application to the area. The only thing to remember is that when applying ice, put the ice in a cloth and do not apply it directly!

Among the home remedies for itching, aloe vera may also be effective. The easiest way to use it is to apply the gel to the rash several times a day. Some people even drink the juice, but this is not recommended for everyone!

In more serious cases, it is recommended to consult a doctor, as it can be caused by a virus.

Treatment of dust allergy at home

Unfortunately, treating dust allergies is not as simple as it sounds. In most cases, it is not dust that triggers it in the first place, but dust mites. Unfortunately, getting rid of them is not easy. And very often the only way to treat the symptoms is with medication. Symptoms often include inflamed eyelids, itchy eyes, runny or stuffy nose, chest tightness, coughing and wheezing. In order to get rid of dust and dust mites, drastic changes may be necessary. This means getting rid of most dust traps. These include carpets, stuffed animals and, because of the constant cleaning, the room needs to be arranged so that it is easily accessible.

Treatment of hair dye allergy at home

The first step if you suspect a hair dye allergy is to wash it off immediately. Washing the face and scalp with water can help reduce itching and swelling.

Chamomile tea may have a soothing effect on the affected skin area. Therefore, it is recommended to apply chamomile tea to the affected area in such cases.

Aloe vera gel may have a moisturising and soothing effect on irritated skin.

However, it is important to seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Treating drug allergies at home

The most common allergic reactions are to antibiotics and NSAIDs. If a severe reaction occurs, it is essential to stop using the medicine and see a doctor urgently. The doctor will recommend another medicine if necessary, but whatever is causing the allergic reaction should not be taken any longer.

So, the treatment of allergic rashes can be done very well with the herbs and methods mentioned above. We know that many people suffer from different allergies and we hope we have been able to help you a lot.

The medicinal properties of purple onion

The medicinal properties of purple onion

Besides its medicinal properties, purple onion is a very good source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C and K.

The purple onion is a real vitamin C bomb.

The vitamin C content of purple onions is very high, as is the vitamin B content. In case of colds, the essential oil of purple onion clears the nose well. In addition to lowering blood sugar levels, purple onion is also known for its diuretic properties

It is also a safe source of another important compound, orotic acid. The most important property of this compound is that it helps both the liver and the body to detoxify.

These antioxidants help to prevent the oxidation of fatty acids, as well as neutralize free radicals, prevent the spread and growth of cancer, and inhibit the development of inflammation.

What are purple onions good for?

A question that many people ask is: what is the use of purple onion, what the purple onion benefits are? We will now answer this question. Purple onions are an excellent source of chromium, which lowers blood sugar levels. Chromium deficiency can lead to heart disease and diabetes in the long term. These vital minerals and antioxidants are found mostly in the outer part of the onion, so it is not worth picking. If you’re struggling with water retention, you may want to opt for the natural solution of purple onions instead of diuretic pills. One of the properties of the purple onion is that it has a diuretic effect. Add it to your salads or other dishes. It also contains compounds that prevent cancer cells from forming and spreading.

One of the physiological effects of purple onion is that it contains compounds that help detoxify the body, and it also helps to remove harmful and damaging substances in the liver more quickly.

So now that we know that purple onion is healthy, it is worth eating it regularly if you want to protect yourself from disease.

Physiological effects of purple onion or the beneficial effects of purple onions

Due to the benefits of purple onions, they are not only useful as a flavouring in the kitchen, but are also known to have many health benefits.

High blood pressure: The effect of purple onion on blood pressure is due to the sulphur compounds it contains, which can help to lower blood pressure.

Boosting the immune system: a compound called allicin, found in purple onions, can help boost the immune system and reduce the risk of colds and flu.

Lowering cholesterol: The compounds it contains can help lower ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol and raise ‘good’ HDL cholesterol.

Antibacterial and antifungal effects: a compound called allicin has both antibacterial and antifungal effects, which can help prevent and treat bacterial and fungal diseases.

Pain reduction: cauliflower can also have a pain-relieving effect after eating, due to its sulphur compounds.

The benefits of red onion are not only good for your health but also for your beauty.

Onions can also have a great effect on the skin. It can soothe and soothe the surface of slightly burnt skin. It also removes toxins from under the skin thanks to its detoxifying effect. It will leave your skin clear and acne free. The sulphur compounds in it which give it its pungent taste and smell are very beneficial for the body. It helps to lower LDL cholesterol, the “bad” cholesterol.

It’s important to know that the higher the heat you cook the onion at, the more of its antioxidant content is lost.

The benefits of onions

Onions are extremely rich in minerals, vitamins and trace elements, and have many health benefits. Here are some examples of the benefits of onions:

Can help lower blood pressure: Onions are rich in potassium, which can help lower blood pressure.

Can improve immune function: onions are rich in vitamin C, which can improve immune function.

May help lower cholesterol: Extracts from onions may help lower the level of ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol in the blood.

May inhibit inflammation: onions contain many substances that inhibit inflammation.

According to some studies, daily consumption of onions can reduce blood sugar by up to 50%.

In one study, onion extract was found to reduce both high blood sugar and high cholesterol levels quite strikingly. The results of the study, published in early March 2015, show that onions are a real anti-diabetic. It is also cheap, almost always available and very easy to incorporate into the diet.

Another benefit of the onion diet was that it also led to weight loss.

Researchers believe this is because onions stimulate the metabolism. Although the mechanism of action of onions in diabetes is still unknown, the mechanisms by which onions reduce blood sugar levels are still unclear. It is still only speculated that the chromium content of onions increases the sensitivity of cells to insulin, so that they are able to absorb more blood sugar, thereby reducing blood glucose levels. Another version is that onions trigger increased insulin production in the pancreas. However, onions should always be raw.

So if you want to enjoy the antidiabetic effects of onions, you need to eat raw onions regularly, e.g. in salads, dips, sandwiches, etc.

The effect of raw purple onions is the strongest and best, as they lose a lot of their vitamin content when they are heated. So if you like it raw, then by all means eat it raw. If you are bothered by the strong smell in your mouth, brush your teeth immediately after eating it. Cooked, steamed or otherwise heated onions do not have the same effect.

The harmful effects of onions are almost limited to the fact that they give a rather unpleasant smell if eaten raw, and if eaten raw they can cause stomach problems if you eat too much. Very rarely, it can also cause allergic reactions if your body cannot tolerate onions.

What is onion tea good for?

Onions are extremely rich in minerals, vitamins and trace elements, so onion tea can be a good source of these substances. Onion tea can help reduce the symptoms of respiratory illnesses by inhibiting inflammation and improving immune function. In addition, onion tea can also help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Can purple onions be eaten raw?

Of course, purple onions can be eaten raw, although the flavour is strong and pungent and some people find it difficult to swallow, so they prefer to eat them boiled or roasted. Excessive consumption is not recommended as it can cause digestive problems such as heartburn or diarrhoea.

Treatment of purple patches and haematoma

Treatment of purple patches and haematoma

Purple patches, or haematomas, occur when an injury causes blood to leak from a damaged blood vessel into the tissues.

Blue, purple and green-yellow patches on the skin, most often caused by physical impact. In the case of a minor injury, the bruise is in the skin, while in the case of a more severe, deeper injury, the bruise is usually in the muscle tissue.

Where can a haematoma develop and why?

Haematoma can be found not only in the upper layer, but also in deeper areas such as under the periosteum. In more severe cases, such as skull injury, a very serious and severe condition can develop. Medical attention is required in such cases and others.

However, mild injuries can be an everyday occurrence, so bruises and purple spots can be completely commonplace. It is very common to develop a haematoma on the knee or a haematoma on the leg. Simply bumping into a hard and solid object can cause purple spots to form in these areas. Another common area is the arm. Like the leg, haematomas on the arm can form very easily.

In addition to impact, it may be more difficult to determine the cause of purple spots in some cases. This could be, for example, a bleeding disorder, taking anticoagulant medication or the weakening of blood vessels that is common in old age. In simple cases, where there is no major complaint, a cream can be applied to the purple patch to help the healing process.

When the purple patches appear on the leg, arm or any part of the body for no apparent reason, i.e. the bruising occurs without a blow, it is also called spontaneous or idiopathic bruising.

Purple spots on the body can occur for a number of reasons, including:

Blood clotting disorders: conditions such as blood clotting disorders, haemophilia or von Willebrand’s disease may increase the risk of spontaneous haemorrhage.

Vascular problems: vascular disorders, such as damage to the vascular wall, weakness of the vascular wall, or vascular blockage, can cause blood to spontaneously leak through the vascular walls and under the skin.

Inflammatory diseases: certain inflammatory conditions, such as vasculitis or rheumatoid arthritis, can cause bruising.

Side effects of medicines or supplements: certain medicines or supplements, such as blood thinners or aspirin, can cause haemophilia, which can lead to spontaneous bruising.

Traumatic or non-pressure skin injuries: sometimes subcutaneous haemorrhages can occur without damage to the skin, for example as a result of pressure, excessive force, lifting weights or massaging.

Skin changes with age: older people’s skin becomes thinner and the vascular system may weaken, which can increase the risk of spontaneous bruising.

Why does a haematoma change colour?

The characteristic colour of bruising in superficial injury is due to haemoglobin in the red blood cells. The changing colour of bruises is due to the compounds produced during the breakdown of haemoglobin. In most cases, these are absorbed and disappear during the healing process.

Let’s also look at how purple patches and haematoma are treate

How can a haematoma be treated?

Treatment of bruising depends on the underlying cause. If the bruising is caused by a disease, such as a blood clot, treatment of the underlying disease is essential to stop the bruising. If the bruising is caused by an accident, the most important step is to treat the wound and stop the bleeding.

A haematoma often resolves itself in a relatively short time. However, the removal of a purple patch can be accelerated by the use of an anti-pain cream. The use of a cream for blue green purple spots may be beneficial not only to speed up the healing of the discoloured area. The bruise can often cause the affected area to become tender and painful. However, this can be reduced by using a bruising cream. However, in addition to creams, some home remedies can also help.

The clotted hematoma

A clotted hematoma, also known as a blood clot, is a condition in which the blood in a hematoma clot coagulates and then changes shape and hardness. Ingrowing haematomas are usually blue-purple in colour and can cause swelling, pain and tenderness in the affected area.

The treatment of an ingrowing haematoma usually depends on the cause. Mild hematomas will usually dissolve on their own and warm compresses applied to the affected area can help relieve pain and swelling. However, treating more severe hematomas is not something you can do at home. In such cases, medical intervention may be necessary!

Treatment of bruising at home:

-the most commonly used method to remove bruising is to apply cold to the affected area. This helps to reduce swelling and relieve pain

-elevating the bruise site with a high pillow, which helps to improve blood flow and reduce swelling

-bruising can also be treated with a cream that can be easily applied at home

Although it is possible to speed up the healing process, the speed of bruising may depend on the injury and the treatment. Home treatment of bruising is not recommended if, for example, the size and shape of the leg or hand changes or if the bruising is very painful. In this case, a doctor should be consulted to rule out underlying conditions and more serious problems.

Bleeding under the skin

Subcutaneous haemorrhage, also known as bruising, is an injury that occurs when blood vessels under the skin are damaged and blood leaks out into the tissues. The most common causes are accidents, bumps or falls, which damage blood vessels and cause bleeding in the tissues.

Treatment of a subcutaneous haematoma is not usually necessary, as it will heal on its own over time. However, if you want to speed up the process, cold compresses, resting and the use of creams can help.

What cream should be used to help healing and pain relief?

Fortunately, if we decide to treat the unpleasant symptoms and pain, there are several types of hematoma ointments and creams available.

These creams can be divided into three groups according to their composition:

Artificial, steroidal and natural.

In most cases, steroid creams should only be used on prescription or under medical supervision and when justified. It is worth knowing that they are extremely effective in both relieving pain and reducing inflammation, but their long-term use is also extremely harmful to the body.

The situation is similar for creams with artificial ingredients, although not as drastic. They can also cause very unpleasant side effects with long-term use, but not to the same extent as their steroid counterparts.

With creams containing natural ingredients, there is no need to fear unpleasant side effects from long-term use. Thanks to their natural active ingredients, they can fight pain without harming the body.

If you are looking for a haematoma ointment or a haematoma cream, it is recommended that you try natural-based creams first. An example of this is HillVital Black Comfrey Balm. For haematoma, black comfrey is extremely beneficial. Not only does it help heal the wound, but it also helps to soothe the pain. It is one of the best choices for bruising when you want to apply an herbal cream.

How long does it take for the haematoma to be absorbed?

The healing time of a bruise depends on its size, location and the cause. Usually bruising will disappear in 1-2 weeks and the skin colour will return to normal.

Smaller bruises often disappear in 1-2 days, while larger bruises may be visible for up to 2-4 weeks. If the bruise develops on a pressure point on the body, such as the leg, it may take a little longer to heal because the blood flow is more difficult to repair.

What is a haematoma?

Haematoma is a medical term that refers to a hematoma that forms as a result of bleeding in the body. As such, the absorption time of a haematoma is also referred to as hematoma.

What home remedies can help against bruising?

In addition to using ointments for bruising, there are also home treatment methods. Home methods to remove purple spots can be done with the help of, for example, icing or compresses. When icing, it is important not to apply ice directly to the surface of the skin. Use some kind of textile to help. In the case of a scrub, the only option is a cold compress. The cold not only relieves the pain, but also constricts the blood vessels. This reduces the amount of blood flowing to the tissues.

6 foods that are strictly forbidden for a thyroid patient

6 foods that are strictly forbidden for a thyroid patient

Iodine deficiency can disrupt the function of one of our most important organs, the thyroid gland. Women are more at risk of this problem than men.

Swollen neck, throat and chest pain, nervousness, difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing. These symptoms may occur in thyroid problems. Consult a specialist to make an accurate diagnosis. If you have been diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, be sure to avoid the following foods from your diet.

1. Sugar

Sugar has a negative effect not only on the thyroid gland but also on many other organs.

2. Soy

Soya affects the function of certain hormones, which is why if you are taking thyroid medication, you should allow a few hours between taking the medication and eating soya. It inhibits the thyroid’s ability to absorb iodine because of its isoflavonoid content. However, if you want to be on the safe side, soya is banned in cases of thyroid disease.

3. Food fried in fat or oil

Foods fried in heavy fat or oil are very unhealthy. They are high in trans fats and have a negative effect on thyroid function.

4. Cruciferous vegetables

These contain isocyanate compounds that inhibit the thyroid’s ability to absorb iodine. The banned list includes cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower.

5. Gluten

Like soya, foods containing gluten can also negatively affect thyroid function. Avoid foods high in gluten such as rye, barley and wheat.

6. Coffee

According to doctors, more than a cup of coffee a day has little positive effect on the thyroid and adrenal glands.

7 effective and natural tips against hemorrhoids!

7 effective and natural tips against hemorrhoids!

Unfortunately, statistics show that haemorrhoids are becoming more and more widespread, almost becoming a widespread disease, so here are the most effective tips to combat them.

Several studies have shown that half of adults have had some form of haemophilia by the age of 50. Haemorrhoids are not only painful and uncomfortable, but the inflammation can also lead to blood clots which can lead to serious complications.

First, let’s look at the symptoms of a haemorrhoid problem.

The most common symptom of haemorrhoids is pain or even bleeding during defecation. Simple sitting and even standing can cause pain. In the case of an incipient haemorrhoid, itching around the rectum may develop. In worse cases, stools may be bloody and hemorrhoidal nodules may form. If you have any of these symptoms, you probably have hemorrhoids. But now let’s look at how you can prevent it and treat it effectively and naturally. Avoid surgery yourself!

Here are the 7 most effective tips against haemorrhoids:

Hemorrhoids

Tip 1: Vitamins are very important against haemorrhoids.

The vitamin C hemorrhoids decreasing effect is less known, but Vitamin C is one of the most versatile miracle cures that exists and is specifically a hemorrhoid vitamin. It can also be a solution to many other problems. Mankind owes a lot to Albert Szentgyörgyi for the invention of ascorbic acid, or vitamin C. This vitamin is not only effective against scurvy but also cures many everyday problems. There are several preparations on the market that can relieve the symptoms, but vitamin C is the most effective because it strengthens the walls of the veins and reduces irritation. In this case, vitamin C should be taken orally, preferably with the addition of flavonoids, as this will have the most complete effect. People usually take vitamin C or ingest it when they have a cold or flu, but it should be taken regularly and could prevent problems.

Just 2000 mg of ascorbic acid a day makes the immune system more resistant and improves well-being. This may sound like a lot at first, but don’t be alarmed, you can’t overdose on vitamin C. Interestingly, it should also be mentioned that vitamin C can even have a positive effect on bleeding gums. Vitamin C deficiency can also lead to gum damage or tooth loss. If you experience bleeding gums when brushing your teeth, you should definitely take vitamin C.

You may be wondering what foods contain vitamin C so that you can get it naturally as well as through supplementation. Many fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C. Among vegetables, tomatoes, green peppers, potatoes, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower are all very good sources of vitamin C. Fresh fruit is also rich in ascorbic acid. Blueberries, lemons, grapefruit, blackberries, rosehips and oranges contain the most.

Scurvy is the most well-known disease caused by vitamin C deficiency. This disease is characterised by dry skin, some digestive problems, gum atrophy and thus loose teeth. Long-term vitamin C deficiency can lead to cardiovascular problems and even cancer. Interestingly, the development of atherosclerosis and heart attacks can be attributed to vitamin C deficiency. So it is very important that you never forget to take vitamin C.

Another very important vitamin is vitamin E. Vitamin E protects the heart, making it less likely to develop atherosclerosis. It also prevents blood clots, which can prevent thrombosis, heart attacks and strokes. Vitamin E is also very important for the brain, helping to keep it healthy and preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Like vitamin C, it also contributes to the effectiveness of the immune system. It helps the immune system at several points, so the development of infections is quite reduced. It also helps to reduce skin fragility, speeds up wound healing and this is where the healing ability of haemorrhoids comes in. Vitamin E is a very powerful antioxidant, it regenerates the skin and this, in addition to its wound healing properties, is very important as it is needed in hemorrhoids. This shows that the power of vitamins should not be underestimated.

Vitamins.

Tip 2: Fibre-rich foods work wonders, believe me!

Treating haemorrhoids at home starts with a proper diet. This is also very important and doable for people with hemorrhoids. It must be stressed that it is also great for prevention and this is the most important factor. But why is fibre so important? By consuming the right amount of fibre and fluids, you can normalise the consistency of your stools and increase the frequency of bowel movements, thus reducing the strain on the rectum. According to official figures, you should eat at least 3 fruit and vegetables a day, preferably fresh and preferably raw.

Steamed, boiled, roasted vegetables and fruit are also good but the fibre is damaged during preparation so raw is best. You should know that the fresher and unprocessed a food is, the more vitamins it contains. If you have recurrent haemorrhoids, make sure you eat fresh fruit and vegetables every day. Increased fibre intake will help to alleviate the symptoms of hemorrhoids, but unfortunately you should not expect an immediate improvement, this process needs at least 5-6 weeks until you notice a noticeable change. And now for the most important thing – what you need to eat to get the most fibre.

The best vegetables include corn, cabbage, peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower, radishes, asparagus, broccoli, eggplant, lettuce and pumpkin. As for fruit, be sure to eat apples, grapes, raisins, pears, all kinds of berries, strawberries and raspberries. Several times a week you should eat oil seeds, pulses and sprouts such as chickpeas, green peas, yellow peas, lentils, dry beans. For breakfast, a little wholegrain cereal in milk or yoghurt can be the best option. Figs and dried fruit are also very good. Of the oilseeds, walnuts, American hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds are extremely good in vitamins and minerals and of course are excellent in fibre. Oatmeal is also an excellent source of fibre, especially for mothers who may develop haemorrhoids. It is very good for digestion and has a great stool-relieving effect, which means it will not cause constipation. You could even say that a haemorrhoids diet is so great for this problem.

But now we come to what foods should not be eaten in case of hemorrhoids. Consuming large quantities of dairy products is definitely not recommended. A huge amount of protein has a very bad effect on the intestines’ ability to produce acid. Obviously you wouldn’t think it, but ice cream should also be avoided as it contains a lot of colourings and additives apart from milk. However, there are acidified dairy products such as yoghurt and kefir which are very good for digestion and even make defecation easier. Refined carbohydrates can only lead to a negative effect on haemorrhoids.

It is highly recommended to completely eliminate sugary drinks and sweets from your life if you have haemorrhoids, although they are not healthy without them. These foods and drinks are the cause of fungal infections and of course lead to obesity in a short time. There are many ways to replace refined sugar, such as honey, stevia, cane sugar, birch sugar and fructose. Honey is not an effective treatment for haemorrhoids on its own, but in this form it is extremely helpful. Also, avoid animal fats and foods made from them such as canned meat, sausages, and sausages from shops. You should also give up crisps and snacks if you have hemorrhoids because they will only increase the pain and make it harder to defecate. Increased salt intake can irritate the intestinal wall and even varicose veins can develop on top of the haemorrhoids, which is something no one wants. Caffeine has a very negative effect on the lining of the stomach and intestines. If you are currently drinking energy drinks, it is highly recommended that you stop drinking them for good because they are not good for any of your organs and they don’t even have any effect.

Coffee and tea are not unhealthy drinks, but people with hemorrhoids should reduce their intake as they can make the problem worse. Perhaps decaffeinated versions may be appropriate if giving up is a big problem. Anyone who drinks large amounts of alcohol and has a problem with hemorrhoids is committing a major irresponsibility, as alcohol is extremely irritating to the intestinal lining, which only makes the symptoms much worse. In particular, concentrated alcoholic beverages are the biggest threat to the intestines and stomach. Unfortunately, there is no miracle cure for haemorrhoids that will cure the problem overnight. It is therefore particularly important to watch what you eat. So now you know what you should and shouldn’t eat if you have haemorrhoids. Here’s the next tip.

Tip 3: Next to nutrition, the next important thing is exercise.

If you don’t know which movement would be best for you, now you can find out. Some movements are just good for your circulation, but they can also help as a preventative measure. There are easy-to-do movements that you can do several times a week. It’s also worth replacing your car with a bicycle every now and then and taking regular walks.

Many experts recommend that if you watch a lot of television, you should combine it with some form of exercise. If you are watching a film, you can do indoor cycling or exercise. Exercising at home can really help to increase circulation. When you do exercise at home, make sure that the movements are complex. You need to cover the whole body and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. You should often vary the exercises by walking in place, stretching or perhaps walking on your toes. It is very good to lie on the bed and put your feet on the ground and cycle in circles, i.e. cycle in the air.

Keeping the pelvic muscles in shape is very important and therefore gait training is recommended for all hemophiliacs. This will help the anal sphincter to become much stronger which will also have a very positive effect on the connective tissue. It is important that your connective tissues are strong, because then the hemorrhoid veins will not be able to bulge. You should also be aware that a sedentary lifestyle is responsible for the development of haemorrhoids.

If you do sedentary work, make sure you get up every hour and do some walking, change your posture or do some exercise. It’s true that with haemorrhoids, it’s not very pleasant to do a lot of exercise like running or jogging. Instead of these, you should go for a walk or even swimming, which is very effective. If you do decide to go running, make sure you buy good quality shoes, as quality footwear will help cushion the impact of the movement.

You must remember that crunches and all sports that involve them are completely forbidden. Besides, doing sports that involve abdominal pressure also contributes to the development of haemorrhoids. Exercising with heavy weights is also not good for hemorrhoids at all.

In summary, it’s best to walk at a brisk pace or maybe swim, but you should do it regularly. Of course, it should also be added that regular exercise is not only recommended for people with haemorrhoids, but for all people, as exercise has been a key to long-term health since ancient times. Keep at it, don’t give up, it can be tiring and demanding at first but it will pay off in time.

Tip 4: When we talk about natural products, we mean that a product is 100% natural.

What is best for haemorrhoids is a matter of debate, but quality herbal creams can be effective and can be very helpful for a milder case of haemorrhoids. One such natural and completely chemical-free product is Aurumflex Extra balm, which has been specifically developed to alleviate hemorrhoids. If natural treatment of hemorrhoids is important, this product could be a miracle cure. Many doctors recommend herbal products to their patients.

Aurumflex is unique and outstanding in its category because it contains 16 herbs, which is a very high number, other products are good if they contain 2 herbs. Shepherd’s purse is one of the oldest herbs for curing hemorrhoids, but we have researched all the herbs that can help to eradicate hemorrhoids. When you look at it, Aurumflex Extra is an ancient method in a completely modern guise. If these herbs worked for thousands of years, they work just as well now. But let’s dive a little deeper into the composition of Aurumflex Extra balm. It contains special ingredients such as grape seed extract, horse chestnut, black needle and willow bark. The grape seed extract is extremely beneficial for vascular problems and of course for haemorrhoids and related vascular problems. It contains many compounds that strengthen the walls of the blood vessels, which is much needed in hemorrhoids. Black needle tissue is commonly used as an ingredient in packs and balms. It has an extremely good effect on blood supply, but you will read a little more about that below. Willow bark has great anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Let’s also look at what other herbs are included in Aurumflex: aloe vera, eucalyptus, grapefruit, calendula, chamomile, turmeric, lavender, goosefoot, mint, shepherd’s purse, clove and cannabis oil. All these herbs work great together, which is why Aurumflex Extra Balm is such a high-quality and effective product.

What is the best hemorrhoid ointment?

Generally speaking, there is no such thing as the best hemorrhoid ointment. We are all different, with different symptoms and different complaints. As a result, which cream is effective for some people is less effective for others. The best haemorrhoid ointment is the one that is most effective in relieving the symptoms of haemorrhoids, such as pain, itching, swelling and bleeding.

Tip 5: It’s a good idea to turn to nature when you have an illness, specifically herbs.

Even civilisations thousands of years ago knew about the great benefits of medicinal plants and used them. I’m sure you’re wondering what herbs can be effective in overcoming haemorrhoids.

Fleabane: This herb is recommended for constipation, but it is also very effective in treating haemorrhoids. It works by absorbing water and then swelling in the intestines. So if you are going to take fleabane seed, you should definitely drink plenty of fluids daily. Of course there are also great effects of this herb, it can bind fat, sugar and toxins. If you want to go on a weight loss diet, this can be a very good option. It is also able to lower blood cholesterol levels. According to some research, although it is not certain, it is also very effective in lowering blood sugar. It also helps to increase the growth of beneficial bacteria and therefore boosts the immune system.

Black Coneflower: You’ve already read some information about it above, but now you can learn more about it. It is usually used externally. Either the plant itself or its cold pressed oil is applied to the problem area. It contains a substance called allantoin, which is a great wound healer and can also eliminate itching. Of course, it is not only used for hemorrhoids, but also for wounds, bruises, varicose veins, bruising, gout and joint pain. The leaves of black celandine can also be used for digestive diseases. The roots are used externally, both fresh and dried.

Spearwort: this herb also contains allantoin which is also found in black celandine. The plant itself and its powder make a great ointment but you can buy the prepared version usually in pharmacies. After all, you can make the ointment yourself at home, you can give it a try. Heat 1 dl of lard until it melts, then add the chopped pieces of the plant. Then leave to stand for a day, reheat again and finally strain.

Witch hazel: Witch hazel is usually the active ingredient in many pharmacy anti-haemorrhoid preparations. It is very cooling and helps relieve pain and itching. It is one of the most effective natural weapons for treating eczema and psoriasis, but you can also use it to combat acne. The tannins in it allow your skin to not be so oily. If your skin is not so oily, you won’t develop blackheads. It may sound strange, but using this plant will make you sweat less because of its astringent effects. If you’re struggling with dandruff, you should definitely try the incredible power of witch hazel. It balances the skin’s pH and reduces itching.

Aloe vera: When used internally, aloe vera has a laxative effect, so it is recommended for hemorrhoids. Aloe vera is available in many health food shops. It is not recommended to squeeze it at home. The inner part of the aloe vera leaf is a very strong laxative. You can also apply it externally to itchy and burning skin. Because of the laxative effect already mentioned, be sure not to consume it long term, as it can be harmful. As it is very rich in antioxidants, it strengthens the immune system and can also fight free radicals. The great aloe vera juice cleanses the body’s digestive system. If you consume it regularly, you can successfully boost your energy levels and even maintain a healthy weight. Much above you have already read that fibre is very important in times of hemorrhoids. The good news is that aloe vera juice contains a lot of fibre, which helps digestion and improves bowel movements. It is a great remedy for constipation, but you should be aware that it takes a few hours to take effect. For type 2 diabetics, aloe vera juice can be a real miracle drink, as it reduces the triglyceride levels in your blood. All diabetics should drink aloe vera juice to significantly improve their condition. Because it improves blood quality, it can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Pork lard: The use of pork lard for haemorrhoids is an increasingly common issue, so here is some clarification. Pig fat has been used many times in the old traditional village medicine for various ailments. Today, most of its uses are obscure, but the remaining information suggests that pig fat has been used in some form to treat haemorrhoids. However, this is presumably not true in itself, as lard was not used as a panacea. Rather, it was used as a raw material to make homemade herbal creams. By heating the lard and adding various herbs, a spreadable herbal cream or fat could be produced. This has now been replaced by herbal creams, which are made under the right conditions, using several herbs, according to the law of synergetics (mutually reinforcing, acting together).

Herbals.

Tip 6: We’re going to take a look at hydration, as it’s one of the most important for the body.

Not just for gold seekers but for every single person. In today’s fast-paced world, you need to pay attention to how much fluid you drink and of what quality, of course. The amount you drink depends on the time of year. In the summer you should definitely take in a lot more fluids. Everyone knows that the human body is about 60% water. The majority of this is found inside cells, and the smaller part is outside cells (blood plasma, lymph, urine and other body fluids).

It is found in the bones, tooth enamel, fatty tissues, liver, muscles, brain, kidneys and eyes. Water plays an extremely important role in the functioning of the body. It ensures blood circulation, influences blood composition and regulates blood pressure. Water enables the transport of nutrients and waste products. Water is responsible for the body’s constant internal temperature. It also contributes to the proper functioning of the joints.

The body can only function properly and smoothly if the amount of fluid entering and leaving the body is balanced. This balance can be affected by a number of external factors. These may be active sport, heavy physical work, the temperature outside or the climate. Imagine that water is so important to the body that without it, body temperature and heart rate can rise. Without water the body loses very important nutrients and without them the body’s performance will be much lower. As the body has no fluid stores, excess fluid is excreted by the kidneys very quickly. With only 2% water loss, physical and mental performance is reduced. Symptoms can include headaches, fatigue, thirst and loss of concentration.

An interesting fact is that the body signals thirst relatively late, so it’s not worth waiting until you’re thirsty to drink, you should always drink. When you’re thirsty, you should have had a drink by then. During breaks at work, it’s a good idea to have a glass of refreshing water or a green drink, or maybe some 100% fruit juice. Make sure your average daily fluid intake is 2.5 litres. This is the amount of water you need to keep your water balance.

But what kind of water should I drink, you must be wondering!? We recommend purified water and pre-bottled mineral water, preferably non-carbonated. Smoothies and smoothies made from fruit and vegetables are also great for the body as they contain lots of vitamins and minerals. Another great thirst-quenching drink is green tea and various herbal teas. However, when it comes to herbal teas, be sure to follow the preparation and consumption recommendations. Various sugary drinks and lots of coffee are not good for your body, so avoid these types of drinks if you can.

An interesting fact is that women tend to sweat much less than men and therefore lose less fluid. This is due to their smaller body size and more economical fluid balance. During an intense sporting activity or a hot day, the body may need up to 2-2.5 litres of fluid because sweat is a major electrolyte excretor. In case you didn’t know the role of electrolytes, now you’ll find out. Electrolytes are very important mineral salts for the body such as sodium, calcium, magnesium or potassium. They help muscles to contract and relax. A lack of electrolytes can lead to muscle cramps and fatigue. So now you know why water is the greatest treasure for humans. If you drink enough fluids, you can prevent hemorrhoids and, in the case of hemorrhoids, it stimulates bowel movements so you don’t get constipated.

Drinking water.

Tip 7: A study has shown that people who are more hygiene conscious are less likely to develop haemorrhoids.

So this is also very good for prevention, but proper hygiene is also important for hemorrhoids that have already developed. You should pay particular attention to bathing before bedtime and to keeping your genitals clean. When defecating, avoid straining and use the softest possible toilet paper, but wet intimate wipes are also a good idea. Never use rough or hard paper around the rectum as this can cause a lot of pain. The ideal solution for a hemophiliac would be to wash the problem area immediately after defecation. In this case, it is best to wash the rectal area with lukewarm water.

In addition, it is also worth taking a disinfectant seat bath. Obviously, this is important for hemorrhoids that have already developed, because it helps to avoid possible infections.  If possible, you should always wear ventilated cotton underwear for hemorrhoids. It is also highly recommended to establish a daily rhythm, which means that bowel movements should always take place at the same time so that constipation due to stool retention can be avoided.

Hygiene.

We have come to the end of the 7 tips. Unfortunately, there is no quick solution to hemorrhoids, so if you want to avoid and improve the condition, you should pay attention to the above! But remember one thing, if you have already developed hemorrhoids, you should definitely consult a doctor, do not just try to cure it yourself at home, because it can be very bad.

These may be the causes of inner thigh pain

These may be the causes of inner thigh pain

Pain in the inner thigh is described in two ways. It can be a sharp pain or a dull aching pain.

It can be accompanied by a number of complaints such as muscle weakness, restriction of movement, inflammation or even a clicking sensation during movement.

Why do my thighs cramp or what are the causes of thigh cramp

The most common causes of thigh cramps are physical exertion, sudden movements, poor posture, excessive exercise, circulation problems, vitamin and mineral deficiencies and stress.

Night cramps in the thighs can be caused by dehydration, magnesium deficiency or even circulation problems. Other causes include overwork, poor posture or sleeping position.

The most common causes of excruciating inner thigh pain.

Muscle spasm: muscle spasm in the thigh can occur in many cases. The muscles of the inner thigh, the hamstring muscles, can be easily injured by certain activities such as football, fencing, ballet or skiing. In addition to pain, there may also be swelling of the groin or a certain crackling sound. Always pay attention to proper stretching, as ongoing injuries can also cause chronic pain and other degenerative changes.

Bone problems: the most common form of arthritis is bone problems. The most common form of arthritis is osteoarthritis, where the cartilage in the joint is damaged and pain or stiffness develops. The bone condition can also be hip impingement syndrome, which in more severe cases can lead to complete deterioration of the hip joint.

Hernia: The most common type of hernia is a hernia of the groin, which can develop from standing a lot and doing a lot of physical work. The inner thigh is associated with radiating pain.

Kidney stones: when kidney stones pass through the urinary tract, they are associated with severe pain in larger kidney stones. This pain can be felt in the inner thighs, but can also occur in the waist and lower abdomen. There may also be vomiting, nausea and pain when urinating.

Women’s problems: some women may experience pain in the inner thigh during pregnancy and menstruation. In these cases, it is a good idea to see a doctor for a check-up.

If you have severe inner thigh pain, you may be advised to seek medical advice. For an accurate diagnosis, a medical examination is recommended, where the doctor can determine the cause of the pain and recommend appropriate treatment.

Treatment of inner thigh muscle spasm.

In many cases, we can treat the symptoms of thigh cramps really well ourselves, using a variety of practices and over-the-counter remedies.

-Lifestyle changes (exercise or even weight loss, which may include diet).

-Rest.

-Massage.

-Acupuncture.

-Hot and cold therapy.

-Non-prescription painkillers, antispasmodics.

Causes of inner thigh cramp

Cramps in inner thigh can develop for many reasons and the triggers can vary.

Muscle fatigue: Intense physical activity, prolonged exercise or excessive muscle work can cause muscle fatigue, which can lead to cramps.

Dehydration: insufficient fluid intake can reduce the electrolyte balance in the muscles, which can cause cramps.

Electrolyte imbalance: electrolytes such as potassium, sodium and calcium are important for muscle function. Their deficiency or imbalance can cause muscle cramps.

Vitamin deficiencies: a lack of vitamins such as B vitamins (especially vitamins B1, B5 and B6), magnesium or calcium can also contribute to muscle cramps.

What can you do to relieve thigh cramps?

Thigh cramps usually occur when the muscle contracts suddenly and forcefully. The cramp is usually painful and uncomfortable and lasts for a few minutes.

Stretch: If you are experiencing cramping in your thighs, stretch the muscles immediately. Pull your leg towards your head, then bend your knee and grab your ankle. Pull your ankle towards you and hold the position for at least 30 seconds.

Massage: massage the spasmodically contracted muscle. Gently massage the area and try to relax the muscle. If there is no one to help, a massage stick or tennis ball can also help.

Warm-up: If you have frequent thigh muscle spasms, it is a good idea to warm up the muscles beforehand. A light walk or stretch can help prepare the muscles for exercise.

Adequate hydration: insufficient fluid intake can contribute to hamstring cramping, so make sure you drink enough water.

Magnesium: Magnesium plays an important role in muscle function. Magnesium is important in the functioning of the muscles. Eating magnesium-rich foods or taking magnesium supplements can help relieve cramps.

Causes of inner leg cramp

Inner leg cramps are an unpleasant sensation caused by a sudden contraction of the muscles. It can often be painful and usually lasts for a short time. Leg cramps can be caused by many different things and in most cases are harmless. Some common causes include dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, overuse, overuse of leg muscles or nervous system disorders.

What can we do about leg cramps?

The most common cause of leg cramps is muscle overuse, fatigue or lack of blood supply to the muscles. To prevent this, it is important to exercise and rest regularly and to eat enough food containing potassium, magnesium and calcium. Night cramps in the thighs can also be attributed to these causes. If the cramp has already developed, it is recommended to stretch and massage the sore muscle and to warm the area. Temporarily changing your body position may also help.

Magnesium for muscle cramps, can it help?

Magnesium deficiency often causes muscle cramps, so supplementing with magnesium can help relieve cramps. Magnesium supplementation can be done through oral supplements or by injecting it into muscles.

Of course, treatment can be influenced by exactly what the problem is.

In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, hernia, kidney stones, suspected musculoskeletal causes or even deep vein thrombosis, it is recommended to consult a doctor before starting the treatment.

Common causes, symptoms and treatment of clavicle pain

Common causes, symptoms and treatment of clavicle pain

Why does my collarbone hurt? The question often arises. We will now look for the answers. When the shoulder moves, the clavicle is subjected to considerable stress in the joints located there. Before or instead of browsing the Causes of Clavicle Pain forum, you may want to read the full article.

If it is overworked, it can even become inflamed, which can cause very severe pain.

Symptoms can include shoulder pain and a lot of pain with pushing and leaning movements. Overhead movements may also cause pain. The area of the joint is very often thickened and protrudes from the contour of the shoulder.

Surgery is not always necessary in this disease. Physiotherapy is usually used, or medication may be recommended. Physiotherapy can also help. In some cases, injections may be used. There are also cases, of course, where natural remedies can help. Herbs can heal, especially if you use the right ones.

In the case of clavicle neck pain, the pain may be accompanied by numbness and loss of sensation. It may also be associated with arm and hand pain, and upper limb muscle weakness or, in the worst cases, paralysis due to damage to the nerve supply. In addition to the clavicle, damage to the cervical nerve root can also radiate to the arm, hand, shoulder blade, back of the head and head. Interestingly, rheumatic diseases can also cause neck pain. Rheumatoid arthritis is most common between the ages of 30 and 50, but can also develop over the age of 60. It is associated with swelling and pain in the joints of the hands and feet and can be accompanied by fatigue, weakness, heavy sweating, sleep disturbance and malaise.

If you have pain below your left collarbone, many people may think of a heart problem. The heart is indeed located on the left side, but in the case of a heart attack, the pain is most often felt in the middle of the chest. However, it may be concentrated on the left side. It is a very strong squeezing and pressing sensation that lasts for more than a few minutes and is recurrent. If you have other symptoms such as sweating, vomiting, shortness of breath, or radiating pain into the shoulders and arms, you should call for help. Of course, there is no need to be alarmed immediately, as it may not just be a heart attack. It could also be angina, which means that the heart muscle is not getting enough oxygen. The cause of subclavian muscle pain, however, can often be linked to lifting heavy objects or working in the same position for long periods of time.

Often reflux can also cause left chest or clavicle pain. We talk about reflux when the stomach contents back up into the oesophagus or even into the oral cavity. Other complaints may include heartburn, burning sensation in the mouth and bad breath. The burning sensation is felt in the chest and may radiate to the neck, chin, shoulder blades and arms.

Shoulder pain can be the result of several factors.

My collarbone hurts, but what could be the cause? Clavicle pain can also be caused by tendonitis of the rotator cuff. Another problem could be impact syndrome which is pain caused by the structure of the shoulder. There are also cases where the pain is not in the shoulder but in the neck or upper arm muscle. This type of pain is not usually worse if you move your shoulder. There are several conditions that can cause shoulder pain. These include many forms of clavicle arthritis and cartilage damage.

Shoulder and collarbone pain can be caused by a number of things, including:

-Excessive strain or movement

-Injury, such as fracture, sprain or dislocation

-Tendonitis or other tendon problems

-Arthritis or other joint diseases

-Neck and shoulder muscle strain or injury

-Nerve problems or pressure

-Heart problems such as angina or heart attack

-Muscle pain below the collarbone

The most common cause of muscle pain below the collarbone is physical strain or insufficient work of the pectoral muscles. If you have done heavy physical work or an activity that uses these muscles, there is no need to worry, as this is probably the cause of the pain. Although there can be several types of pain around the clavicle, in the event that muscle pain occurs below the clavicle and we do not know the cause, it is recommended to have it checked out. Furthermore, if it is muscular in origin, clavicle pain may also be associated with swelling. This is also true in cases of joint problems, injury and infection.

There can be a number of reasons for stabbing pain below the collarbone, including:

-Fracture or injury to the clavicle

-Injury or inflammation of the shoulder joint

-Injury or overuse of muscles or ligaments of the shoulder girdle

-Cervical spine problems such as dislocation of the cervical vertebrae or disc herniation

-Cardiovascular problems such as heart disease

-Inflammation of the tendons can also cause very uncomfortable shoulder pain.

Some people may also develop a clavicle bone tumour. This bone growth can be very irritating to ligaments, tendons, muscles and can cause clavicle inflammation. Acute shoulder pain can also cause injuries. In these cases, proper treatment is very important. This pain does not usually go away on its own. In these cases, some form of therapy is essential. Natural-based products are worth trying first.

Pain below the collarbone can often be caused by a spinal problem or perhaps a shoulder joint problem.

Pain above the collarbone may also be due to lymph node enlargement. In such cases, the lymph node may become palpable.

Right clavicle pain and left clavicle pain are usually caused by the same problem. If there is a problem on both sides, there is definitely some strain behind it. If you’ve lifted heavy weights or overextended yourself. If it only hurts on one side or the other, don’t be alarmed, it could be due to an injury or a bad movement. If it persists for a longer period of time, you should seek medical advice.

There are several possible causes of pain below the left or right clavicle:

Trauma or injury: an injury to the clavicle or surrounding tissues can cause pain.

Overloading: if the arm or shoulder is overloaded, this can lead to irritation of the muscles and ligaments connected to the collarbone.

Tendonitis: tendonitis can cause pain below the collarbone when moving the arm.

Cartilage wear: articular cartilage wear can cause pain in the joint area between the collarbone and the chest.

Pinched nerve: Pinched nerves under the collarbone can cause pain and tingling.

Bursitis: inflammation of the shoulder joint bursa can cause pain below the collarbone.

Other diseases: some autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, or diseases of other surrounding organs can also cause pain below the collarbone.

Herbal Master Balsam is a preparation containing 12 carefully selected herbs. It also contains no chemicals or artificial ingredients.

This natural remedy can also be very helpful for neck and collarbone pain.

Recognise psoriasis: the 5+1 sure signs that leave no doubt

Recognise psoriasis

You’ve probably all heard of the skin condition psoriasis. Psoriasis is a non-contagious disease that unfortunately occurs quite often.

Psoriasis is a chronic and incurable disease. Psoriasis develops when the skin cells regenerate too quickly due to faulty signals from the immune system, in 3-4 days instead of the usual 28-30 days. Psoriasis has characteristic symptoms. Excess skin cells appear on the surface of the skin as red, scaly, flaky and inflamed rashes. These rashes may itch, bleed, break up and, of course, hurt. These rashes can cause serious lesions on the skin and unfortunately they can make you feel very unwell because you can be stared at on the street. People with psoriasis are often discriminated against. Psoriasis usually affects the limbs, genitals, joints and scalp, but it can affect any part of the body.

Psoriasis can also have a negative impact on the patient’s quality of life. Some research suggests that living with this problem may be worse than living with other chronic diseases. What was considered worse, according to the research, was depression. It can come in many forms. Doctors usually categorise it as mild, moderate or severe based on the amount of scaling, redness and the size of the affected area. The severity of psoriasis is measured in clinical trials. The classification system is called the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI). This system usually ranges from 0 to 72. The higher the score the more severe the conditio

Mild – 10 PASI value

Medium – 10-50 PASI value

Severe – 50-72 PASI value

Different forms of psoriasis affect roughly one in 50 people worldwide. It can develop at any age, even in infancy, but most commonly affects people aged 15-35. There are several distinct types of psoriasis and they not only differ in appearance but also require different treatments.

Recognise psoriasis

Let’s look at what these types are:

Patchy psoriasis (plaque): this develops in 75-80% of cases. It tends to be the most common form of psoriasis. This type is characterised by a scaly, silvery-white layer and a thickened red skin surface. It most commonly appears on the knees, scalp, elbows, behind the ears, navel, sacrum, genital area and buttocks.

Spotted psoriasis (guttate): this affects roughly 15-20% of psoriasis sufferers. This form is most common in children. Dropshaped, thin scales of varying diameter are formed. Most of them form on the trunk or face. It usually occurs after an infection.

Pustular psoriasis: affects 2% of cases. It is a rarer and more difficult to treat form of psoriasis. It tends to develop in older people. It appears as small blisters which are mainly visible on the hands and feet in red form. It is also called vesicular psoriasis because of its characteristic symptoms.

Eritrodermic psoriasis: occurs in 1-2% of cases. Inflammatory rashes appear on up to the entire body surface and are accompanied by reddening. It develops in people with chronic psoriasis and in people over 50 years of age.

Psoriasis of the scalp: 50% of cases. It is a plaque type of psoriasis and unfortunately quite difficult to treat due to the thickness of the plaques.

Inverse psoriasis: this type occurs only in the folds of the body, in the creases (armpits, groin, skin folds). The rashes are smooth and red but not scaly.

Psoriatic arthritis: 2-3% of patients suffer from this. It is a type of arthritis that causes inflammation and swelling of the hands, feet or joints. It can cause stiffness, pain and even joint damage. These inflammations are most commonly associated with psoriasis.

Nail psoriasis: can affect 50% of cases. Large and deep irregularly shaped holes appear on the nails. Most patients will have a lesion of the nails.

After the types of psoriasis, let’s now look at the signs that you may be suffering from psoriasis:

1. One of the most common signs of psoriasis is the appearance of a dark red, scaly nodule (or red rash) on the skin that protrudes slightly from the skin surface. The nodule can be as small as 1-2 cm in size and several of these can develop into a large plaque several cm in size. These plaques are distinct from the healthy skin surface and are usually covered with a kind of squamous cellular peeling that is waxy white in colour. This peeling layer can be scraped off very easily, and then small spots of tiny bleeding can be seen – this is called Auspitz symptoms. This occurs because the vascular structure of the skin in the plaques is completely altered.

2. Another sign of the disease is Köbner’s symptom, which means that psoriasis nodules develop after at least 2 weeks in response to stimuli to the skin. It usually develops in scars or around parts of the body after surgery. The Köbner phenomenon explains the appearance of psoriasis in certain areas of the skin. It is more common on the elbows and knees as they are more often damaged. Psoriasis most commonly appears on the hairy scalp in the form of a thick scaling. Tiny pinprick-like spots appear on the fingernails and are called beau dots.

3. Psoriasis symptoms are not painful but rather itchy. In about 5% of cases, the joints will also be problematic. It is also possible that the joint pain occurs before the skin problems. It can affect the hands, small joints in the feet, spinal joints, but also hip, knee, ankle and shoulder joints. Such joint inflammation can even lead to deformities later on.

4. It is very rare for psoriasis to occur over the entire surface of the body. In this case, the entire skin surface becomes inflamed, red, flaky, hair and all the hair may fall out and lymph nodes may become enlarged. This is a very severe form of psoriasis and the signs are obvious. In this case, hospital treatment is recommended.

5. The most severe form of psoriasis is when pustules appear on the skin. These are called pustules. These blisters may be about 1-2 mm in size but can grow to several centimetres. In the mildest cases, they appear only on the palms and soles of the hands, but in more severe cases they can appear all over the body. Unfortunately, it can lead to serious internal complications, infections and septicaemia.

6. There are even signs you wouldn’t have thought of. Unfortunately, a psoriasis patient will avoid all social events and become increasingly withdrawn after a while. Unfortunately, a lack of mental balance can also lead to other illnesses such as depression. This is why it is important to think about mental problems as well as physical symptoms.

The source of the psoriasis problem lies in toxins. Many doctors believe it is more of a digestive problem than an actual skin condition. This does not mean, of course, that the symptoms cannot be relieved effectively and without risk. In general, all therapies focus on eliminating the symptoms of psoriasis. This usually results in temporary symptom relief. In milder cases, the dermatologist may recommend only topical treatment. Scales visible on plaques are usually removed with an exfoliator. There are several types of solutions to inhibit epithelial cells. In the past, preparations containing tar were often used, but this is no longer so common. There are a lot of different steroid ointments and creams that are applied to the plaque.

In more severe cases, internal drug therapy is used in addition to local treatment. The retinoids, derivatives of vitamin A, are also very effective and tend to normalise the process of hair loss. If there are also joint problems, cytostatic treatment is used, but this can only be done in hospital.

Light treatment is also very good for psoriasis. Both UVA and UVB light are used. There are also a number of natural solutions such as herbal balms that contribute to surface treatment. Psorisoft Extra balm contains 11 herbs which all have a great effect on psoriasis.

We can also talk a little about prevention.

Unfortunately it’s not really prevention as we are all born with a certain genetic make-up. Rather, you can just try to avoid symptoms by protecting your skin from damage, paying attention to seemingly harmless infections and skin fungi. You should also be wary of sunburn and of taking medications that can provoke the development of psoriasis.

The most common causes of arm numbness

The most common causes of arm numbness

The arm may be numb or sore for several reasons. Most commonly, problems with the cervical spine can cause arm numbness.

Let’s see what the most common causes of arm numbness are

Unfortunately, you need to be alert to such problems because they can also indicate heart problems. It could also be just poor posture or even nerve damage. If the numbness is frequent, it can be a sign of several conditions, so you need to be very specific about the nature of the pain so that you can make a diagnosis. Numbness should be taken very seriously and it is worth finding out the cause as soon as possible.

Numbness, whether left shoulder numbness or left hand numbness, most often has a musculoskeletal cause.

If the pain is felt around the vertebrae of the spine, the numbness can radiate to the shoulders, back and arms. It is also possible that poor posture can cause the arm to go numb and become permanently numb. Nerve damage can also cause numbness in the legs and arms. It can also be caused by alcoholism, liver damage, diabetes, thyroid disorders and vitamin deficiencies.

Causes of arm numbness at night

Possible causes of night-time numbness may include blood disorders, diabetes, thyroid disease, peripheral nervous system disorders, nicotine addiction, joint or spinal problems, and blood pressure problems. Night-time numbness of the arms and legs usually occurs in the limbs and causes pain and discomfort at night. A medical examination is necessary to determine the exact cause.

Many people die from cardiovascular disease, which is why prevention and effective treatment should be a priority. Most heart diseases develop slowly, so if caught early they can be easily treated.

If the numbness is mainly in the left hand, or even in the whole left arm, then a cardiological examination is recommended, as there may be more heart problems behind this symptom. However, in case of left arm numbness and heart stabbing, you should consult a doctor immediately, remember that. Unfortunately, left arm numbness can also be caused by a heart attack.

Causes of left arm numbness

Left arm numbness can be caused by a number of things, including:

-narrowing of the arteries, which blocks the blood supply

-compression of the nerves, which prevents the transmission of nerve impulses

-damage to the shoulder joint, wrist, forearm or fingers

-a lesion in the spinal cord or brain, such as a stroke

-diabetes, which can damage nerves and blood vessels

-wrist syndrome

-arthritis of the shoulder joint

-other diseases such as thyroid problems, B12 deficiency.

However, a medical examination is needed to determine the exact cause of left-sided numbness.

Left hand pain or left upper arm pain can be caused by a variety of problems, the most common of which are:

Heart conditions: angina (a precursor to myocardial infarction), heart attack or other heart conditions can also cause left upper arm pain. It is usually a pressing, squeezing pain that radiates to the middle of the chest and can also radiate to the left arm, jaw, neck or back.

Injuries: pain in the left upper arm can be caused by an injury such as a sprain, bruise, fracture or sprain. Sports injuries, accidents or other physical trauma can cause this pain.

Pinched nerve: Pinched or irritated nerves can also cause left upper arm pain. For example, nerves in the neck or back can become pinched or irritated and cause pain in the left arm.

Musculoskeletal problems: Injury or inflammation of joints, tendons, muscles or ligaments can also cause left upper arm pain. For example, arthritis, tendinitis, muscle strain or torn ligaments.

Nervous system disorders: certain nervous system disorders, such as spinal or brain problems, can also cause left upper arm pain. For example, spinal hernia, neuritis or nerve damage.

What causes left arm numbness at night?

If left arm numbness occurs at night, it may be caused by:

Cervical radiculopathy: Inflammation of the nerve in the cervical part of the spinal cord, which blocks the transmission of nerve impulses.

Carpal tunnel syndrome: compression of the nerve in the wrist, which blocks the transmission of nerve impulses

Arthritis: wear and tear of the articular cartilage, which causes movement and joint pain.

Peripheral neuropathy: Damage to the nerves that prevents the transmission of nerve impulses.

High blood pressure: High blood pressure, which can damage blood vessels and therefore nerves.

Diabetes : The diabetes that can damage nerves and blood vessels

If you have severe chest pain, numbness in the left arm or numbness in the left forearm, you may even suspect a heart attack. Left arm pain and numbness can also be a serious problem.

If you go for a check-up because you have a family history of cardiovascular disease and other symptoms, you will first be asked if you have a family history of cardiovascular disease. Once a diagnosis has been made, treatment can be started and may even prevent the development of a serious disease. If the left arm numbness and pain is accompanied by a rapid heartbeat, it is important to be aware that this could be a symptom of a heart attack. This is exactly the same if the left arm numbness is accompanied by dizziness.

In most cases, the symptoms of a heart attack include:

evere chest pain, which can occur in the chest, jaw, shoulder, back, arm or forearm.

-Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.

-Nausea, vomiting.

-Dizziness, fainting.

-Heart palpitations, rapid heartbeat.

-Chills, sweating.

-Fatigue, weakness.

If you notice symptoms of a heart attack, do not hesitate to call an ambulance!

A heart attack (angina pain or angina pectoris) is when the heart does not get enough blood and oxygen to the heart muscle, causing pain. The causes of heart stenosis can include:

Coronary artery disease: the most common cause of angina is coronary artery disease, when the blood vessels responsible for supplying blood to the heart muscle become narrowed or blocked. This can be the formation of plaques (fatty deposits) within the vessel wall, which restricts blood flow.

Myocarditis: Acute myocarditis (myocarditis) can also cause a heart attack. This can develop due to infection or autoimmune disease and can cause inflammation in the heart muscle, which can cause pain.

Insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle: Insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle can be caused by other conditions such as narrowing of the heart valves, arrhythmias or abnormal thickening of the heart muscle (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy).

Stress: insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle and consequent angina pain can be triggered by stress, excitement or anxiety.

Other factors: other causes of angina include smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, an inactive lifestyle and genetic predisposition.

Causes of right arm numbness

Right arm numbness can be caused by a number of things, including:

Nerve compression or nerve pinching: Pinching or compression of nerves in the neck or shoulder girdle area can cause numbness in the right arm. This can occur, for example, due to intervertebral disc problems, scoliosis or muscle tension.

Channel syndromes: pinching of nerves in the channels can also cause numbness in the arm. For example, carpal tunnel syndrome, where the constriction of the canal under the back of the hand can cause numbness in the hand and fingers, including the right arm.

Cardiovascular problems: Cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis or heart disease, often cause numbness, tingling or pain in the arm, especially the left arm. However, sometimes the right arm can also be affected.

Neurological problems: Neurological diseases such as neuropathy or disorders of the brain and brain nerves can also cause numbness in the arm, including the right arm.

Injuries: physical injuries such as bruises, sprains or nerve damage can cause numbness in the right arm.

Musculoskeletal problems: musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, muscle tension or neck problems can also cause numbness in the arm.

Right arm numbness is usually caused by a damaged nerve. It is no different from everyday hand or finger numbness. There is usually no serious problem behind it.

“My left arm is numb!, My left hand is numb! or My right arm is numb!”

This type of complaint is also most often caused by neuropathy. The most common of these is numbness due to peripheral neuropathy, which can be caused by nerve damage to the hand. In most cases, it will go away on its own, but if it is accompanied by the chest pain mentioned above, you should seek medical advice immediately.

All in all, it’s very important to prevent real trouble, so a check-up can’t hurt anyone.
